I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Tuscon. I had done months of research and when I went to test drive, Ricardo was extremely helpful and very lowkey, no pressure whatsoever from him. I had narrowed down all the specs that I wanted and was set on the price I wanted to pay. I then called and spoke with Jacoby and he offered me the same exact price that I was willing to pay, before I even told him. There was no negotiating involved, or even needed. Plus all of the accessories that I wanted to ask for were already included. I couldn't have been any happier with the process and have since referred a couple of my friends their way. Thanks Guys.
